How to Enter Your Vehicle

Think you've got what it takes to join the lineup? We still have entries available for Show n Shine and Driving Events. To enter, all you need to do is come along to the event at the Shepparton Showgrounds between the below times and register:
Friday between 2:00pm and 6:00pm; or
Saturday between 8:30am and 2:00pm
Please note the Burnout Competition is sold out and Indoor Show n Shine spaces are subject to availability.

Before entering, please have a read through our Entrant Vehicle Guide and other important documents such as the General Rules and Regulations. You can find these documents under the Important Info tab on our website.

A few things to note if entering the Driving Events:
-Vehicles must meet our minimum requirements in order to be accepted.
-You must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid drivers licence.
-You will need a AASA General Speed Licence. To apply go to www.aasa.com.au or click here.
-If you have a methonal fuelled vehicle, you must wear an approved Race Suit.
-All passengers are required to be 14 years and over.

Scrutineering/Entrant Check-In can be an extremely busy time so if you would like to be more organised, feel free to download and print the Entry Form, fill it out and bring along with you. You can download the Entry Form here: ENTRY FORM

Vehicle Entrant Fees

-FULL ACCESS ENTRANT (excluding Burnouts) - $280
-OUTDOOR SHOW N SHINE - $100
-INDOOR SHOW N SHINE - $110
-CROSS ENTRY - $100
-BUDDY PASS - Adult $130, Youth $75
-SUPPORT PASS - $100
-MERCHANDISE - Event Shirt $45, Stubby Holder $10
Please note: Buddy passes can only be pre-purchased with your online entry. Once you have submitted your entry form, you will no longer be able to pre-purchase buddy passes.
